HRA and FSA Claims Processor
Review, verify and process HRA and FSA claims in accordance with plan provisions and IRS regulations within designated timeframes.

TPA Services Account Manager
Provide Plan Sponsors and Participants comprehensive customer service, administration and compliance services for assigned case-load of voluntary 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) Retirement Plans.

Marketing Manager
Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Compliance of this private-equity-owned financial services company, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for achieving the company’s revenue plans. The individual will bring vision, strategy planning marketing execution to the company leveraging his/her extensive experience working in collaboration with a wide variety of constituencies, including partners, clients, sales staff, leadership teams and other functional leaders.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for sales and execution of products and services and assisting participants with their product needs. As a Sales Associate, the ideal candidate will provide an exemplary customer experience by engaging conversations with their product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques.

Health & Welfare Account Manager
Provide employers and partner representatives comprehensive customer service, consultative and strategic guidance, administrative consult, and compliance services for an assigned case-load of Health and Welfare and Retirement Plans.

Product Manager
The Product Manager will be responsible to define and deliver a product-marketing plan that combines an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive landscape; and key business requirements, necessary to recommend products that effectively support marketing’s goals.
