The Data Entry/Correspondence Processor performs heavy data entry of participant forms into our record keeping system, processes and prepares a variety of incoming and outgoing mail, makes daily trips to the local post office, and serves as a trained back-up to our other departmental tasks. Must have 10,000-12,000 KPH to be considered.

The primary function of this role is to interact with plan participants by providing information and addressing inquiries regarding plan services and transactions. Hours are 11-8 Monday – Thursday and 9-6 on Friday.

Senior Customer Service Representative

The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for guiding Customer Services Representatives in the execution of their job functions, and ensuring that the service they provide results in a high level of customer satisfaction. The hours during any necessary training will vary depending on the needs of the business, and once training is complete the hours will be Mon-Thurs 11am-8pm, and Friday 9am-6pm.
