The Accounting Assistant will assist with maintaining accounting records, verifying accuracy and processing all incoming and outgoing data for trust and operating accounts processing of incoming and outgoing contribution and distribution files with daily deadlines.
The Contribution Processor will be responsible for working within the Plan Administration team to post incoming contributions to client and participant accounts, send out mailings notifying of new accounts and handle various updates to participant accounts – all within specified processing times.
