Plan Administration Department Manager
MidAmerica Administrative & Retirement Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Plan Administration Department Manager to manage administrative activities for qualified and nonqualified plans. Admin staff of 13 and growing.

Ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years of SunGard/Corbel Relius/Quantech defined contribution administration experience. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational, prioritizing and problem solving skills a must. Minimum of a business or accounting related Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree a plus), as well as 3-5 years’ management experience. Familiarity with 403(b) plans, HRA & FSA, a plus.
