HRA and FSA Claims Processor
Review, verify and process HRA and FSA claims in accordance with plan provisions and IRS regulations within designated timeframes.

TPA Services Account Manager
Provide Plan Sponsors and Participants comprehensive customer service, administration and compliance services for assigned case-load of voluntary 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) Retirement Plans.

Training Manager
MidAmerica’s Training Manager will be responsible for all Training and Development; related duties include performance metrics, evaluation of productivity, and guiding employees to create long-term career plans within MidAmerica.

Health & Welfare Account Manager
Provide employers and partner representatives comprehensive customer service, consultative and strategic guidance, administrative consult, and compliance services for an assigned case-load of Health and Welfare and Retirement Plans.

Product Manager
The Product Manager will be responsible to define and deliver a product-marketing plan that combines an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive landscape; and key business requirements, necessary to recommend products that effectively support marketing’s goals.
