Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative interacts with plan participants by providing information and addressing inquiries regarding plan services and transactions.
HRA and FSA Claims Processor
Review, verify and process HRA and FSA claims in accordance with plan provisions and IRS regulations within designated timeframes.
TPA Services Account Manager
Provide Plan Sponsors and Participants comprehensive customer service, administration and compliance services for assigned case-load of voluntary 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) Retirement Plans.
MidAmerica’s Training Manager will be responsible for all Training and Development; related duties include performance metrics, evaluation of productivity, and guiding employees to create long-term career plans within MidAmerica.
This position assists with maintaining Accounting records, verifying accuracy and processing all incoming deposits for operating accounts to include but not limited to: Lockbox, wires, and checks. The Accounting Assist will also be responsible for processing payroll, verifying 401(k) contributions, updating and maintaining payroll records for 86 employees. Works with and has access to highly confidential information.
A MidAmerica Contribution Processor will be responsible for working within the Plan Administration team to post incoming contributions to client and participant accounts, send out mailings notifying of new accounts and handle various updates to participant accounts -all within specified processing times.
Health & Welfare Account Manager
Provide employers and partner representatives comprehensive customer service, consultative and strategic guidance, administrative consult, and compliance services for an assigned case-load of Health and Welfare and Retirement Plans.
The Product Manager will be responsible to define and deliver a product-marketing plan that combines an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive landscape; and key business requirements, necessary to recommend products that effectively support marketing’s goals.
