Originally formed in 1995, MidAmerica
focused primarily on providing IRC Section 3121 Social
Security opt-out programs for governmental employers.
This core business has grown dramatically and has expanded to
include HRA administration, Special Pay programs, actuarial
services and more recently, independent 403(b) administrative
and common remitting services. |

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) and
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Participants
MidAmerica will be closed on 11/27, 11/28, 12/25, 12/26, and 1/1 due to our holiday schedule for
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Due to the holiday season, please note that
you may experience a one-week
delay in receiving claim payments, but that MidAmerica is committed to
processing all of your distribution requests in a timely fashion. We appreciate your patience and understanding
